Terms and conditions


Delivery / orders

- All orders must be placed before 3pm for next working day delivery

- All orders must be emailed and a telephone confirmation before any order can be processed.

- Full payment must be received before any order is dispatched, this can be either credit/debit card or direct bank transfer.

- Standard delivery charge starts from 12.99 for items less then 1kg, 15.99 for items less then 5kg all other items are subject to a delivery charge of 19.99 all large items will have an additional charge per kg there after 20kg.

- Large deliveries will be sent via pallet on a 1-3 day service.

- Unless special arrangement has been made, all deliveries will be dispatched on a next working day delivery that will be delivered between 09.30 - 17.00. ( special delivery are pre 10.30 am, pre noon and Saturday delivery - these are all subject to an additional charge)

- Please note all timed or special deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please allow sufficient time when placing an order.

- Any delivery that is received damaged or incomplete, should be notified by telephone and in writing or email within 24 hours of signing for the goods.


Opening times

- Sales and customer services are open Monday - Friday 9.30am - 17.00pm (Except for Bank Holidays)


Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments and numbers are encrypted using secure software. No information is stored within the system and is encrypted using 128 bit. 


Pricing and warranty

- All items are charged at a vat rate of 20%

- All items are subject to change without prior notice

- All items are covered by a manufacturers warranty of 1 year (this may differ depending on the item)

- All items that have a cut lead will mean the warranty is void.

- All items that have not been fitted correctly will mean the warranty is void
- All items that are subject to general wear and tear are not covered under the normal warranty
- Software / malware issues are not covered under the manufacturers warranty, this also includes firmware updates.

Disputes relating to any of the above terms will be settled within the guidelines of English Law and the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the original buyer or to another party if notified and accepted by the Company.


Returns and Refunds

If you would like to make a return, please complete a RMA authorisation form. This will be processed by our returns department and you will be given authorised RMA numbers. Once you are in receipt of this you may return your goods which must clearly be marked with the RMA number. Any goods returned without an authorised RMA number will not be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to Akess Ltd and for providing proof of such delivery if required. The cost of such returns is not covered by the product warranty and is the responsibility of the buyer. All items that are covered by warranty will be shipped back to the buyer at no charge. All items out of warranty will be shipped back at the standard next working day delivery.


Back Orders

If at the time of placing an order your item is not in stock, we will contact you once the item is back in stock.


Privacy policy

Not withstanding any of the above Terms and Conditions any damages recoverable by a Buyer will be limited to the Invoice Price paid for the Goods Purchased. In no circumstances whatsoever will the Company be liable for consequential losses of any nature including indirect loss, loss of use, profit or loss of contracts.


Disputes relating to any of the above terms will be settled within the guidelines of English Law and the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the original buyer only, and not to any other party that is involved.

7 day product exchange

- If you return your product to us in its original packaging and re-saleable condition within 7 days of purchase, we will exchange it for another item or refund your money.

- If the item has been specially ordered for you the 7 day product exchange does not apply.

- If the product has been tampered with, or is not in a re-saleable condition the 7 day product exchange does not apply.

- All products have to be authorised before they can be sent back.


Please note, under no circumstances will Akess be liable for any equipment that has been fitted incorrectly or operated, please refer to full specification and operating manuals.
