| Returns
All returns must be authorised by the akess returns department before anything can be returned, all returns should be addressed to [email protected], any item that is sent back without a copy of the rma form or an rma number on the outside of the box will be returned back to sender.
All items are sent back to akess are at the buyers risk and cost, all items that are covered by warranty** will be shipped back at no charge, all items out of warranty will be shipped back at the standard next working day delivery.
** - warranty is not valid if the item has any cut leads, missing parts or damaged due to incorrect fitting
